Marc Savatsky, a Boston-based real estate developer and investor, has been a client of Hingham’s for over 10 years through his role at New Boston Ventures. When Marc was ready to develop his own projects in 2014, he called on Hingham knowing he’d be supported by a partner with an intimate knowledge of the Boston real estate markets – particularly the construction markets in which he was active. Marc has developed a wide range of projects including luxury condominiums in Boston’s South End to the transformation of distressed properties in East Boston and Dorchester.
