Ed brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles as SVP/Commercial Strategy at People’s United Bank and SVP/Director of Business and Municipal Banking at Belmont Savings Bank. In these positions, he successfully led teams to grow their business segments through strategic development initiatives, building strong teams, and implementing process improvements. Ed holds a BSBA from Western New England University.

Phil Donnici is a Vice President and Relationship Manager in our Specialized Deposit Group. Phil is part of our San Francisco team where he supports consumer and business deposit relationships. Phil is a Bay Area native but has also spent time in our Massachusetts market working and earning his MBA at Boston College. With over 15 years of experience working in banking, he brings great value to our team.

Selam has over 11 years of experience in banking and was most recently a Community Manager at Congressional Bank where she was a member of the Political Banking team. Joe is a relationship manager in the Specialized Deposit Group responsible for supporting deposit relationships in the bank’s commercial real estate portfolio as well as working with non-profit and corporate customers. Joe has been in the banking industry for ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge about relationship management and cash management services. Joe received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and his MBA from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
